My name is Patrick Hellmann, an independent consultant for controlling, finance, strategy and planning. Since 2023 I have supported companies as an external sparring partner – project-based, pragmatic and focused on what matters: reliable figures, working processes, and decisions that enable growth. My experience comes from building and leading controlling departments, running SAP implementation projects, and supporting companies through growth phases.
FMSP Consulting is my independent consulting practice. I offer project-based advisory services only and am not seeking permanent employment through this offering.
